After growing up in Australia on a diet of American TV, Lister has become fascinated by pop culture and the effect it has on the youth of today. He now resides in New York with his young family and his work now more then ever reflects his concerns on the control the media has on our everyday lives. After leaving numerous exhibitions, sold out prints and magazine features in his wake he is being celebrated as one of the next big things in the art world.
